If there was something between good and excellent, i probably would have chosen that. The house was nice and clean and was as described. We had a few issues ( dryer not drying well, filter needed to be replaced on the fridge, oven was not heating to temperature set, and a few other minor things) but they sent a handyman who fixed most things the next day. I loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom, but for a house that sleeps 18, there was only a dining table for 12 and some barstools at the kitchen bar. Living space was a little cramped in the main living room/ kitchen area. The community pool area is very nice (not an actual water park) but there are many amenities, small lazy river, 2 big hot jacuzzis, mini golf, kids splash area,, etc. I originally chose this house over others and paid a lot more for it, because of the water park. Overall I was satisfied but I feel it was over priced.

The Location, Cleanliness, Indoor Pool with coded key lock for safety & very comfortable bedding. Nothing major, just the TV missing in the pool area (maybe being updated?) & the water pressure for showers was a little slow. Other than that, perfect!

We LOVED everything about the property. The still mornings and quiet nights is what I loved most about the neighborhood. The location was great and very close to the parkway. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the private pool and jacuzzi as well. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The property was clean, spacious, very well stocked kitchen(great quality cookware, utensils, glasses, mugs and silverware-basically everything you needed to cook any meal)- My family and I loved the pool and jacuzzi. The game area was a great addition. The property was less than 3mins from restaurants and souvenir shops. Loved everything about the property, plus it was great that the host checked in with after checking in to the property to ensure all was well
