Other Details to Note
A few honest heads-ups: 🏗️ This is a newer development. Weekday daytime construction noise can happen; it does not affect the cabin or amenities. 🌊 Smith Creek Resort is weekends only in November and December (water features only if it is above 60°F) and closed January 1 to February 28, 2027. 🏊 The indoor pool room locks with its own code for child safety. 📹 Exterior cameras cover entrances and driveways, recording video and audio at all times. No cameras inside the home. Indoor noise monitors detect sound levels only and do not record. 🧴 We stock starter toiletries, paper goods and kitchen basics. Big groups and longer stays should bring extra dish soap, detergent and trash bags. 👶 Pack 'n play or crib on request (bring your own sheets). No baby gates. 🛋️ The upstairs sofa is not a pull-out bed. 👥 Airbnb's guest selector goes up to 16+, so groups larger than 16 pick 16+ when booking. 🐻 Bears are active year-round.
