This was the perfect spot for a family vacation . Everyone from the oldest at 85 to the youngest at 13 enjoyed the space. There was so much to do in the house! The kids loved the upstairs games and the pool downstairs was great. The onsite waterpark was a lot of fun - with even more games and entertainment. Rabia was very helpful and responded immediately if we had any questions. Will definitely return.

This home was an amazing find. While it is in new construction and we were the closest to it, it did not bother our stay whatsoever. We went to the lake for a day so that may have been why it never bothered us. Everything was very clean and the views from the deck were beautiful. We did not get a chance to check out the water park area but it looked so fun for all ages. Our hosts were very responsive when we thought there was a problem with the AC and they let us know it was recently worked on and turned back on so it should catch up soon, and it did so no complaints!

Our family of 12 loved our stay (3 nights). The house was beautiful, the decor was exceptional, kitchen was well-stocked, and we had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the arcade games. We spent a lot of time at the Waterpark which is a fantastic plus. Seeing a couple bears on the Smoky's trails was exciting. We all wished we could have stayed longer!

The place was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. The pool inside the house was a huge hit with kids and adults. The kitchen living room and dinning room was spacious. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The resort pool and spa area was great. You didn’t really need to leave except if you wanted to go out to eat. Rabia and her associates were fantastic. So helpful and responsive. If I could give it a 10 I would. We would definitely return.

It was a beautiful house, quiet, comfortable, stocked appropriately with a starter kit of paper products & cleaners as described. The house is part of a new community with a great waterpark. It is close to the towns of Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the Smokies National Park. Mornings and evenings on the decks with trees around us and nice breezes were perfect

Spacious beautiful home with so many nice amenities. The area is close to all attractions but in a quiet area. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend.

What a great place to take the whole family. Every room was like a master suite with a private bath. The community pool was loaded with a million ways to entertain the kids. It was so popular with our kids!! It was enjoyable for the adults too. It was very close to all the local attractions and amenities. Really hard to beat. The price is high, but the value is definitely there. By time we split up the cost amongst ourselves, it was comparable to the cost of a nicer hotel… with way, way more to offer. I cannot recommend highly enough. The only “drawback” if there was one, is that the mountains (our true rendezvous) are only just visible from the home. We would’ve loved to be closer, but hey, that’s what cars are for I suppose. 9.5 out of 10

Very spacious cabin with multiple levels so everyone can spread out. great views from the decks. There's an en-suite bathroom for every bedroom. We loved the indoor pool, hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. The new water park and rec area was a nice addition. Lazy river, giant outdoor screen with tons of seating for movies, pickleball, mini golf and more. We loved that we could be on the strip in Pigeon Forge in less than 5 minutes. it made getting around very easy. Pro-Tip: if you are an early to bed person or a light sleeper, avoid the bedroom next to the pool and media room.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay here, blown away by the amazing amenities and the exceptional hospitality of the owners. The indoor pool, hot tub, and movie theater room were a huge hit, providing endless fun for everyone. The owners surprised us with donuts one morning, which was unexpected and thoughtful! They were also incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property itself was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for a large group. Every detail was well thought out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to bond with our friends.

We came for our Senior class trip and it was the perfect end to our week. It was expensive but included so many amenities it was worth it to us to spend the money we earned here. We also had easy responses from our host and they even left us treats! Would definitely recommend!
