This 2,300 sq ft cabin in Sevierville was built in 2021 and sleeps 12 across three King bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Dollywood is 6 miles away, the Gatlinburg Strip is about 11, and the national park entrance is under 14. Plenty to do out there. Plenty of reason to stay in, too.

🔥 Step outside to a large deck with a private hot tub and a fire pit. This is the anchor of the cabin. Whether it's a cold evening in the mountains or a warm summer night, the setup holds its own. 🛏 Three King bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bath, so nobody is waiting in line. The two upstairs bedrooms each have their own private door opening to a balcony. 🎮 Two separate living areas give the group room to split up. The main floor has a full living room with a sofa bed. Upstairs is the game room, with video games, foosball, a flat-screen TV, and a second sofa bed for extra sleeping if needed. 🏠 Everything is clean and current. Full kitchen, Smart TVs throughout, and a smart lock for easy keypad entry. The cabin sits in the woods and feels private without being remote.

🐻 Wildlife is active in the Smokies. Bears can open car doors. Remove all food from vehicles each night and keep them locked. 🛁 Hot tub is for guests 25+ only. No alcohol near or in the hot tub. Use at your own risk. 🔧 No maintenance or housekeeping visits during your stay unless arranged in advance. 🧴 Starter kit provided on arrival. You may need to pick up more supplies for longer stays. 🚗 Parking limited to 3 vehicles on the property. 🌙 Quiet hours 11 PM to 8 AM. 🚬 No smoking anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors.
