A few honest heads-ups: 💧 The cabin is on well water. Some guests notice a sulfur smell in the water. The owner has added a water treatment, but you may still notice it. ⛰️ The road in has a very steep hill. Take it slow. 📹 Exterior security camera on the front of the property facing the parking area, recording video and audio at all times. No cameras inside the home. 🐻 Wooded setting: expect wildlife, critters and insects. Bug spray helps on the decks. 🐕 Our neighbor's friendly dogs sometimes wander over to visit. 🧻 Starter supplies only: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, soap and shampoo, one paper towel roll, dish soap and two trash bags. 🪵 The main living room fireplace is electric. 🚭 No pets (allergies) and no smoking.

Guests say the cabin is a little further out than they expected, but worth it for the views and privacy. 🎡 Along the Parkway: The Island and its Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, the Titanic Museum Attraction, WonderWorks, and The Track for go-karts and mini golf. 🌲 Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about 24 minutes. One heads-up: the last hill up to the cabin is steep.

🏡 The whole cabin is yours, except the owner's closet. 🔑 Self check-in with a keypad smart lock. We send your personal code before arrival. 🚗 Free driveway parking for 5 vehicles. ⛰️ The last hill on the road in is very steep. Guests tell us they made it with no issues; just take it slow. 🚨 The door to the pool has an alarm and a code, so you know when little ones head that way. 🧸 Pack 'n play on request. The cabin has no baby gates.
