Community quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. 🏔️ The mountain view is a peek over the trees from the decks, not a wide panorama. 🧻 Starter supplies to get you going: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap and dish soap. Bring more for a longer stay. 🐻 Black bears live throughout Sevier County. Bag all trash and use the bear-proof bins. 🌧️ Mountain weather changes fast. Weather does not qualify for a refund unless local authorities order a mandatory evacuation, so we recommend travel insurance. 🐾 No pets. 🏡 State of Mind sits in a new cabin community just off Wears Valley Rd, on the Pigeon Forge side of town. You are close to the Parkway without being on it. 🎡 The Island is about 9 minutes away for the wheel and dinner. 🚢 The Titanic Museum makes a good rainy afternoon, about 10 minutes away. 🎢 Dollywood is about 16 minutes away, and Tanger Outlets about 13. 🌲 Gatlinburg and the national park at Sugarlands Visitor Center are about 30 minutes away. They make an easy day trip.

🔑 The whole cabin is yours: all three levels, the pool room, the hot tub deck and every porch. 📲 Self check-in after 4 PM. Your entry details arrive by message before your stay. 🚗 The driveway fits 2 vehicles. 🪜 Three levels joined by interior stairs. One king suite is on the main level. 🏊 The pool room is on the lower level, through the game room.
